Update...
I am alive and well. Sorry for the lapse in updates. The past few days have been a bit crazy. I successfully arrived in Richmond Saturday night and have been running around enjoying the re-entry to familiar surroundings. A full update will be posted sometime tomorrow afternoon...

WOW, That was the best journal update yet....I loved it, especially to know you are still alive. Keep pedaling we are at the beach waiting for you trying to get a cool tan like yours and we are sweating out here. Your breaks are over, hurry up I can't wait much longer.... See you soon....
